April 18, 4:17 p.m. An officer took a petty theft report at the police station.
April 18,11:49 a.m. Officers responded to the Administration Building for a check the welfare call. When officers arrived they were not able to locate anyone.
April 16, 3:55 p.m. Officers responded to the fifth level of Lot H for a vandalism report.
April 14, 10:49 p.m. A man who was sitting outside the CAT Building was detained after an officer asked why he was doing on campus so late at night. The man who is not a student, told the officer that he needed to turn in some work to a classroom. When the officer questioned the man some more, the man told the officer he wasn’t a student and was planning on stealing a bicycle from the bike rack. He also admitted to the officer that he had a pair of bolt cutters in his backpack. The officer arrested the man for possession of burglary tools and the man was also issued a trespassing notice.
April 13, 2:36 p.m. A student who was walking down the stairs in the Music Building and missed a step twisted her ankle after falling down three stairs. Officers requested paramedics to respond and the student was transported to an area hospital.
April 13, 12:20 p.m. A female student went to the police station to report that a male student has been harassing her on campus. Officers located the man and told him to stop the behavior. The man was also referred to the Director of Student Development.
April 12, 1:15 p.m. An officer responded to Lot H for a hit-and-run report. A student at the scene said he witnessed a female driver hit a parked vehicle and continue to drive up to the next level of the parking structure. The owner of the vehicle that was hit later went to the police station to file a report.
April 12, 12:28 p.m. A student who had $20 stolen from her wallet in the women’s locker room went to the police station to report the theft. The student said that she put her wallet inside a locker and put her combination lock on before leaving.
April 11, 6:37 p.m. An instructor in the Chemistry Building called police about a disruptive student in her class. The student left before officers arrived.
