The Warriors dominated the softball field the entire game beating L.A. Harbor College 13-3 in seven innings.
This was EC’s third straight win as sophomore catcher Gabby Fordiani led the team with five hits and four RBIs.
When the Warriors took the field they came out ready to play scoring three runs in the first inning. L.A. Harbor scored two runs in the second inning and one run in the first inning.
Sophomore shortstop Tori Garcia and sophomore second baseman Marissa Padilla had two RBIs. Sophomore first baseman Danielle Bonsky had one hit and one RBI.
The Warriors scored six runs in the third inning bringing the score to 9-3. At the bottom of the sixth inning, the Warriors scored three more runs blowing out the home side.
The Warriors’ are now 6-4 in all away matches and 5-1 in their conference. They’re next game is at Mt. San Antonio College at 3 p.m.
