The Warriors bounced back in a doubleheader game against Grossmont and College of the Desert (COD) at Grossmont College.
In the first game of the doubleheader the Warriors faced the home side, which EC lost 8-4. The Warriors scored three runs in the first inning and one run in the fifth inning.
EC came back strong in the second game. The Warriors played College of the Desert (COD). Rallying from the first game, EC defeated COD 9-0 in five innings.
The Warriors will face Mt. San Antonio in their first conference game at home on Tuesday at 3:00 pm.
