Feb. 4, 12:23 p.m. A female subject was stopped by an officer for riding her bicycle on the sidewalk. The subject, a non-student, had a $2,500 traffic warrant issues out of Redondo Beach PD for being an unlicensed driver. She also had previous arrests for possession of methamphetamine and grand theft auto. She was arrested for the warrant and transported to ECPD jail for processing.
