The EC golf team finished fourth overall with a 36-hole score of 849 at the PCAC Championship in Riverside on Monday according to the El Camino website.
“They were fourth after the first 18 with a 437 and fourth in round two with a 412,” according to the EC website.
Freshman Cody Nakazaki led the Warriors with an 80, 82 for a 162 total score. Freshman Michael Ozawa shot 85,82 for a 167 total. Sophomore Kevin Oshiro finished with 87,82 for a 169 total. All three qualified for the Southern California Regionals with their play at the PCAC Championships.
Southern California Regionals will be held at Olivas Links in Ventura on May 4. Qualifiers will then compete at the state championships on May 11, according to the EC website.
