During yesterday’s Associated Students Organization (ASO) meeting, the winner of last month’s T-shirt design contest was announced.
Director of Public Relations Amy Guerra said Jeffrey Bobo II won the contest and will receive a $50 check for his design. The design will go on the 2014-15 ASO T-shirts.
The ASO also approved 12 new appointments for senators, committee members, and division councils. These individuals will be working with the natural science, fine arts and humanities divisions.
In a presentation during the meeting, two U.S. Army representatives spoke about their jobs and answered questions about common misconceptions about military service.
The next ASO meeting will be Dec. 4 in the Administration Building Room 131 at 1 p.m.
