In a world where magic is the only answer to solving all of one’s problems, a group of characters must face the consequences of their happiness by banding together and saving their home.
“Into The Woods” is not just a Broadway show by Stephen Sondheim, but also a book, by James Lapine, as well as a film adaptation in 2014.
Auditions to perform in the play will be hosted Saturday, Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and also on Tuesday, March 1 at 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
“It’s the third song-time musical that we’ve done,” Ron Scarlata, Theater professor, said.
There is no appointment for these auditions and candidates will be seen on a “first come, first serve” basis, Scarlata added.
The final callbacks will be Wednesday, March 2nd from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Haag Recital Hall.
