Student missing

Officers received a call Friday from the stepfather of a student who is reported missing.

The report is on file at the sheriff’s department in Lomita.

The EC Police Department is assisting in the location of the student. They said they currently do not suspect any foul play is involved.

Juveniles trespass

Two juveniles jumped the fence and were running around the roof of the field house.

Officers then received a call of a possible burglary in progress. When they responded, they found the juveniles on the roof. They were then cited for trespassing and released to their parents.

Locker vandalized

Vandalism was reported when a cosmetology student’s locker was marked with obscenities last Wednesday.

Officers are still investigating suspects.

Vehicle violated

Returning to her car, a staff member found the front passenger window shattered last Wednesday in Lot C.

There was nothing missing or tampered with. The crime was filed as vehicle violation.

Currently there is no suspect information.

Student feels ill

A student was feeling dizzy and vomited at the the Math and Computer Science Building last Wednesday.

When officers arrived, the patient refused medical attention and was released.
