Students with plans to transfer may take the Loyola Marymount tour tomorrow

departing at 7 a.m. and returning at 5 p.m.

Bautista takes third

EC’s Sal Bautista placed 25th at the L.A. Marathon last Sunday, running it in two hours and 44 minutes.

Bautista is being awarded a certificate for placing third in his age group.

Although he hoped to run the marathon in two hours and 25 minutes, he said he tried his best.

Control anxiety

Students may sign up for the free “Anxiety Disorder” workshop Monday at noon at the Health Center.

Psychologist Ruth Taylor will discuss symptoms and techniques for controlling anxiety disorders. Interested students may call (310) 660-3643.

UC reps on campus

UC representatives will be on campus Tuesday and Wednesday.

Appointment times for Tuesday: CSUDH drop-in 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and CSULA appointments from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Appointment times for Wednesday: UCLA at 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. UC Riverside will be 9 a.m. to noon and CSULA drop-in 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Intend to graduate?

Today is the last day for filing graduation intents and petitions for certificates for spring 2004. Students who plan to graduate in the spring may do so in the Admissions Office. Filing dates for summer grads will be announced in June.
