Murder, court proceedings and the details of a case trial will come together in a mock trial being conducted by a class on campus.
On April 19, as part of a class project, El Camino professor Ray Lewis is having one of his classes present and perform a mock murder trial.
Lewis is currently looking for volunteers interested in participating as jurors for this event.
The class jurors are needed in ITEC 115.
“I need a total of 25 volunteers,” Lewis said. “They can come from all positions on campus. We already have a couple of deans who want to participate.”
In the past, Lewis’ class has partnered up with Professor Debra Breckheimer’s English 1C class to put together this event. Due to time complications, Breckheimers’ students will not be participating this time around.
All administrators, faculty members, staff and students are welcome to attend.
