The trial for the former student who allegedly threatened to “create a massacre” on campus is waiting for a psychiatrist’s evaluation to continue in court, deputy district attorney Patrick O’Crowley said.
James Lemus’ trial is continuing after the restart, due to the court ruling in the 36-year-old’s incompetency at the time of the original date.
Lemus is awaiting a new psychiatrist report and will be in court Dec. 22, O’Crowley said.
