Current El Camino students are encouraged to apply for scholarships that range from $500 to $4,000, according to an email sent out by the Scholarship Office.
Students who have completed six units and have a 2.0 GPA or better can apply for scholarships through MyECC until Dec. 11, according to the email.
Scholarship money can be used to cover tuition, buy books and pay school fees.
The Reading Success Center is offering a workshop for those who need assistance completing scholarship applications on Nov. 16 at 4 p.m. in the Library’s East Basement. Students who want to attend must register beforehand with the Reading Success Center.
