Continuing a very difficult season, the women’s tennis team lost to Mt. San Antonio College, 3-4, Tuesday.
Tied coming into the Nicole Gudeau’s match which would be the final game, the women lost 4-6, 3-6.
Number one player Lateefa Brown won 6-3, 6-4 with number two Kacy Turner winning 6-2, 6-2, and number three Lucy Rivera losing 6-7, 3-6.
Rounding out the team, Berlyn Malda lost 3-6, 6-3, 4-6 and Justine McCauley 1-6, 2-6.
With this close loss, the inconsistency of the season should turn with a win next Tuesday against Long Beach City College.
