Seizure victim gets
taken to hospital
Sept. 30, 11 a.m.- A call was received for a man who was suffering a seizure. Paramedics were arrived on scene at the corner of Manhattan Beach and Lemoli boulevards and the subject was taken to a nearby hospital.
Couple caught with pot near auto shop
Sept. 30, 10 a.m.- An officer was driving by the auto shop department when he smelled marijuana and spotted a couple in a car.
The officer searched their car, finding a small bag of marijuana. The woman was cited for possession for less than an ounce of marijuana.
Illegal turn turns up arrest warrant
Sept. 29, 12:35 p.m.- An officer stopped a vehicle for making an illegal left turn onto Manhattan Beach Boulevard. The student was found to have a warrant for $5,000 out of the Gardena Police Department for a DUI. The subject was immediately transported to the Gardena Police Dept. and booked.
Car parker rams others in process
Sept. 27, 10 a.m.- A student was seen by a cadet hitting two cars while trying to park. Officers went to the scene to make sure information was exchanged and that the student wrote notes for both of the cars.
