First half goal decides game
With 42 minutes on the clock in the first half, Pasadena City College scored the only goal of the game, and tooks the win over Warriors which score was 1-0.
“The girls played good defensively,” coach John Britton said.
“Kristen Barnard and Jessica Kann were players who strengthen the team, through this game,” said Britton.
Kristen Barnard a defender and Jessica Kann, a mildfielder, were pointed out by Britton, as playing well.
“We were connecting the passes well, as well we had longer sequence passes and we had better playing giving the forwards the ball,” midfielder Diana Luna said.
Better passes has become a better strength to the warriors and are making better plays than usual. With having further balls out in the ball, it creates chances of scoring.
“In the second half we were more eager to come back, all after they scored on us in the first half, we wanted to keep on going and find that chance of scoring,” goalkeeper Kristyn Houts said.
