Two students were arrested in Lot L yesterday for stealing two backpacks from the North Gym, ECPD chief Michael Trevis said.
“Officers obtained a description of the two suspects,” Trevis said. “Officers then located the suspects near Lot L and they were arrested.”
The two students were transported to Torrance police for booking.
