Nov. 12, 10 p.m.
Officers pulled over a driver on Manhattan Beach and Crenshaw boulevard for the possibility of the driver being under the influence. The driver admitted to having marijuana in the car.
There was a small amount of marijuana in his pockets and sock. While not under the influence, the driver was given a citation for possession while driving with an illegal substance.
Nov. 13, 12 p.m.
While driving with a broken headlight, a driver was pulled over on Manhattan Beach and Crenshaw boulevards. The driver was under patrol for suspicion of petty theft.
Officers searched the vehicle and found marijuana and a bong in the glove box. The male driver was given a citation for driving with possession.
Nov. 13, 2:17 p.m.
Officers pulled over a driver on Manhattan Beach Boulevard for having tinted windows. The female driver had a bong in plain view in the back seat. The vehicle was searched and was found to contain a small amount of weed was found in a plastic container. Twenty-five more plastic containers, empty but smelling strongly of marijuana, were also found. The driver was given a citation for driving with possession.
Nov. 14, 10 p.m.
Speeding on Crenshaw Boulevard, a driver was pulled over. Upon approaching the car officers smelled acohol coming from the car. The driver was given a sobriety test with the results of a BAC of .14. He was arrested and booked by the Torrance Police Department.
Nov. 16, 11 a.m.
Officers reported to the Humanities building for a medical aid call. A female student was suffering from an asthma attack. Paramedics arrived and treated her, before releasing her from medical care.
