April 29, 10 a.m.-A driver was pulled over on Crenshaw and Redono Beach boulevards for not having their headlights on. There was a strong smell of alcohol coming from inside and the female was given a field sobriety test.
She was consuming pain medications and her driving ability was considered impared. She was arrested for driving under the influence and transported to the Torrance Police Department.
April 28, 9:46 a.m.-Officers received a medical aid call to the Art and Behavioral Sciences Building due to a female student having chest pains in class.
She was using medication for a heart condition. The paramedics were called and she was taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
April 27, 4:10 p.m.-A subject was detained for skateboarding on campus. He had a warrant from the Los Angeles Police Department and was released back to them.
April 27, 6:40 p.m.-A driver was pulled over for running a red light and almost causing an accident on Crenshaw Boulevard.
The female driver had two suspensions on her license and was given a citation for driving on a suspended license. Her vehicle was left on the scene, parked illegally.
