A speech entitled “Opportunities and Challenges for Women in Education: The Doctorate Degree” will be presented next Thursday at the Distance Education Conference Room from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
KTLA television studio tour now offered
A KTLA televsion career tour will take place next Friday. Students will meet at Campus Police on March 27 at 7 a.m. and return at 11 a.m. A refundable $5 deposit will be required upon signing up. A tour of UC Santa Barbara will be offered on Saturday, April 4, which is UC Santa Barbara’s open house. Native American Club fundraiser to take place
The Fry Bread Fundraiser, sponsored by the Native American Club and Circle K Club, will be on the Library Lawn Tuesday, March 31 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Indian tacos, fry bread and drinks will be available for purchase. Proceeds will go toward the 11th annual Native American Festival and All Nations Powwow.
