How did you get this job?

What is the best part of your job?
“I get to meet all kinds of different people. I’ll help good people, mean people, rude people; you get everything.”
What is the worst part of your job?
“When there are no customers because it’s boring, you have nothing to do. You have nobody to talk to.”
What food do people seem to like most?
“What the customers mostly seem to like are chicken strips and fries, chicken salad and quesadillas.”
What do you think about the food prices?
“I think they are all right. I don’t think they are high, because I’ve compared these prices to other places and I think we have good value.”
What skills do you have that are helpful for the job?
“I guess it is that I like to help and talk to people and have patience. It’s the most important skill that you need to have in this job.”
What makes this job better than others you’ve had?
“This is my first job. I really enjoy being here and am happy with my job. I get free food and drinks, anything I want. We get whatever we want.”
Are most of the customers polite?
“Yes. Some people are rude and impolite but there are more nice people. We have a lot of teachers and people who work at the school and eat here.”
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
“For me it’s that I get to go home early in the day. I have a very good time here, but I still have time for my kids. I get here at 6 a.m. and go home at 2 p.m. and I am able to have the rest of the day for my kids.”
What do you want customers to know about you?
“They should know that we are here to help them and that they should come over and try our food.”
