After winning three consecutive games, the women’s team came into the game hoping to expand the streak to four games.
Last time these two teams played, the Warriors played hard but lost 6-3.
However, the Warriors fell once again to Mount San Antonio College (MSAC), 9-0 on Thursday.
In the doubles, sophomores Donya Assef and Shenae Shampine lost 8-2.
Freshmen Serina Rowland and Jade Shugars also lost 8-2 while sophomore Chihiro Yamada and freshman Melissa Gronik were defeated 8-3.
In the singles, Shampine lost against her opponent 6-3, and retired during the second round of her match.
Shugars was defeated 6-3,6-2, and Rowland lost 6-1,6-1. Rowland lost against her opponent, 6-1, 6-1 and Assef was beaten 6-1, 6-1.
Yamada lost 6-0, 6-1 and Gronik came close but was defeated 3-6,6-1,7-5.
The Warriors finish the season at 11-8 (7-5) and will participate in the South Coast Conference Tournament from April 9-11 at Cerritos.
