    Middle Eastern dance program to be shown
    Award-winning choreographer and lecturer of dance Karin Jensen, will be presenting “Middle Eastern Dance” in Marsee Auditorium from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. tomorrow.
    Jensen has done shows on many Californian college campuses and she is the recipient of a B.A. in teaching and an MFA in modern choreography.

    Soul group to serenade Marsee audience
    Singing R&B and soul a capella, male group Take 6 will come to perform an ensemble of its past to its latest hits Saturday at Marsee.

    PV high schoolers to take on play ‘Evita’
    Palos Verdes Peninsula High School drama and music students will put on a performance, as they show the musical “Evita” this weekend.
    The showing will be at 27118 Silver Spur Road, Rolling Hills Estates. The ticket price is $14.

    Hall-of- Fame singer performs in San Pedro
    Member of Songwriters Hall of Fame Paul Williams will perform Saturday at Warner Grand Theatre located on 478 W. Sixth St., San Pedro. All revenues will benefit the House of Hope Foundation.

    Musical theater goes ‘Into the Woods’
    The musical of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapines’ “Into the Woods” comes to life in Torrance at George Nakano Theatre this weekend through March 16.

    Craftsmen celebrate years of success in fair
    The Torrance Craftsmen’s Guild have its ninth annual spring fair tomorrow, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at First Lutheran Church located at 2900 W. Carson St. The special event features crafts, and handmade treasures from artisan members of the Torrance Craftsmen’s Guild.
