The deadline for students to submit an Intent to Graduate form for El Camino College’s spring 2026 graduation is Friday, Feb. 27, at 4 p.m.
Three forms are available for students planning to graduate this spring. They are a certificate, an associates degree and an associates degree for transfer.
ECC also offers certificates of accomplishment and achievement; however, they are not the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) and California State University Requirements (CSU) certificates.
In order to apply for an IGETC or CSU certification, students would need to apply here. There is currently no deadline for these certificates.
The Associate in Arts for Transfer (AA-T) and Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T) are two-year degrees designed for students intending to transfer to CSU campuses to earn a bachelor’s degree according to the California State University website.
An Associate of Applied Science (AAS) and Associate in Arts (AA) are two-year programs designed to prepare students for direct entry into the workforce.
El Camino will host two graduation ceremonies on Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11 at 3 p.m. to accommodate crowd size, according to the ECC commencement page.
