Student robbed in Lot K, suspects unidentified

An El Camino College student was robbed at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 26 in Lot K by two unidentified suspects, authorities said.

According to the campus advisory, a female student reported to the campus police at 1:15 p.m. that she was placing $115 in her backpack when one of the suspects took the money out of the student’s hand, the two suspects then fled the scene towards Lot A.

The suspect who stole the money from the student, according to the campus advisory, is described as a black adult male, age 18 to 23, 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds.

At the time of the robbery the suspect who stole the money was wearing a black hoodie, blue shorts, white high-top shoes, and white socks, according to the advisory.

The other suspect is described as a black adult male, age 18 to 23, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 to 170 pounds and was wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, and had a black backpack at the time of the robbery, according to the advisory.
