Orchestra to perform
Pianist Olga Kern, Van Cliburn Gold Medalist, and the Chamber Orchestra of The South Bay will perform at Marsee Auditorium tomorrow at 8 p.m.
The performance will feature pieces such as Chopin’s Piano Concerto No.1 in e minor, Mendelssohn’s Symphony No.3 in a minor and Beethoven’s Egmont Overture, Op. 84a conducted by Frances Steiner.
Tickets cost $22 to $26.
Nachef leads Choir Directed by Joanna Nachef, a Concert Choir will perform at Marsee Auditorium Saturday at 8 p.m.
Tickets are $6.
Making decisions
Professional business woman who must choose between her career and her dream of being a dancer, “Never Give Up,” will be presented by Iola Y. Smith at Stage Two in the Torrance Cultural Arts Center Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are $16.

Fair for the elderly
With live entertainment, food and crafts, as well as blood pressure screenings, the sixth Annual Senior Fair will be Saturday in the Ken Miller Recreation Center located at 3341 Torrance Blvd. in Torrance.
This event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and admission is free.
