Welcome Day, Constitution Day, and Club Rush were some of the points that were discussed at the Associated Students Organization (ASO) meeting on Thursday.

The ASO approved $600 to be spent on Constitution Day booklets, which will be used on Sept. 17, and approved $30 to buy candy for Club Rush week.

The ASO also voted to appoint Nicole Mardesich as director of finance and Jenner Carbonell was recognized for his work during Welcome Week.

The next ASO meeting will take place in Room 131 in the Administration Building on Sept. 17. It begins at 1 p.m. and is open to the public.
