ECC water polo team wins in home pool

The El Camino College men’s water polo team hosted the Fullerton College Hornets at the ECC pool on Thursday, September 6.

The Warriors led through the first two quarters and powered ahead leading 12-6 at half-time.

The Hornets made a furious charge during the fourth quarter, but ended just short by a goal. The final score was a 19-18 victory for ECC.

Seth Ulrich was the leading scorer for ECC with 6 goals, followed by a very active Ryan Winkler (4 goals, 4 assists, 5 steals). Kyle and Matt Thorne addes 3 goals each.
