Different kind of exhibit

Experience a different type of exhibit with “Open Storage” where the artwork varies from sculpture to digital works displayed around a map.

Artwork of internationally known artist Kim Abele will be on exhibit Nov. 24 through Dec. 15 in the Art Gallery.

The Art Gallery is open Monday and Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Admission to the exhibit is free.

Jazzy ‘Rhapsody In Taps’

Dance enthusiasts, here comes the “Rhapsody In Taps,” a show full of dance and music combinations.

The dance sequence includes jazz, modern dance and street dance, as well as soft-shoe, while the music integrates classical sounds with the sound of rhythmic drums.

This event is Sunday at 7 p.m. at Marsee Auditorium. General admission tickets start from $22 to $26 and $12 for children twelve and under.

Nakamatsu and Quartet

Gold Medalist pianist Jon Nakamatsu, will be performing along with the well-known group of the Bay Areas, the Ives Quartet.

The Ives Quartet will fill the Marsee Auditorium with the sounds of violins and piano notes as they perform compositions of Debussy and Franck.

This event will take place Friday at 8 p.m. Tickets are available to this event at the Ticket Box Office ranging from $22 to $26.
