Night classes aren’t worth the stress

Everyone gets busy, but having a full time job and one night class can lead to sleep deprivation, which can affect someone physically and mentally to the point that it just won’t be worth it anymore.

I’ve witnessed a family member go through a hard time trying to juggle everything together.

Now another semester comes along and everything begins to fall into place and for some it comes to the question of taking night classes.

Taking night courses because it’s the only way just might not be worth it, you have to think that you could be putting your grade and yourself on the line.

The latest class I’ve taken ended at 7:30 p.m. and that was pushing it for me because after a certain time sitting in class, it gets impossible to concentrate. Doing homework after class was the last thing on my mind.

Attending class isn’t the only thing you have to worry about but also the homework and assignments outside of class.

FindCollegeCards.com says that you may not be able to go out with your friends or make plans if class is scheduled later, giving you an unnecessary dilemma.

If you’re planning on going out you have to think about the following day and how your plans may affect it, it’s not all fun and games anymore.

“Finding time to complete homework between work and classes can be difficult and stressful,” according to UniversityLanguage.com.

That’s why weekends are important because it’s time to let go of the stress and focus on yourself.

“Make sure you don’t overestimate your endurance, as this might be physically tolling,” according to UniversityLanguage.com.

There’s only one of you and so much time, so take that time and do what’s best.

Don’t risk it.
