Things one learns from watching ‘South Park’

As many times as my mother told me that “South Park” was nothing but cuss words and fart jokes, I continuously defended it and laughed hysterically at the intelligent and thought-provoking humor.

One episode proved to be extremely thought-provoking. Cartman, the fat obnoxious kid, decided that he was too mature for his young friends and needed to find older, more mature men to hang out with.

He discovered NAMBLA, the North American Man/Boy Love Association. This organization fights for the right of older men to have sex with young boys.

When I first saw the show, I was too busy laughing my butt off to wonder if it was real.

I learned that it was real when a gay pride parade in San Francisco was subjected to public scrutiny because NAMBLA was allowed to march in the parade.

Members of NAMBLA argue that there is “ageism” in our society where people protect children unfairly from deciding for themselves whom they want to have sex with. They claim that boys as young as 9 should be able to have a sexual relationship with an older man.

On NAMBLA’s website they have pictures of young boys posing provocatively, and they ask for donations so they can set up a pen-pal system with convicted child molesters in jail.

Throughout the website, they glorify Cardinal Roger Mahoney who concealed cases of priests molesting children.

Even though they adore someone who openly covered up molestations, members continuously proclaim that they don’t condone forced sexual encounters with minors.

These people are insane and the public is more insane for allowing this organization to exist.

To be able to openly discuss the joys of having sex with children should be a crime, considering that having sex with children is a crime. After all, NAMBLA has been associated with numerous child molesters and murderers; NAMBLA pamphlets and the NAMBLA bulletin have been found in the criminal’s houses.

Let’s call a pervert a pervert and understand that this website acts as a lure to homosexual young boys. I discovered that they are backed up by the American Civil Liberties Union.

The ACLU doesn’t condone sexual relations with minors, but they protect NAMBLA’s constitutional right to freedom of speech.

The founding fathers must be rolling over in their graves, kicking themselves in the head for not being more specific.

I can see Thomas Jefferson coming back from the dead and declaring, “People! Think logically please! When I said ‘freedom of speech,’ I didn’t mean that child molesters should be allowed to openly discuss their practices on the Internet!”

I encourage anyone who reads this to complain and to fight to have sites like these removed. NAMBLA isn’t the only site; unfortunately, it’s just the most known.
