Aid deadline is here

Financial aid is available to assist students with the high cost of tuition.

Tuition waivers can give public assistance to students and are available at the Financial Aid office. However, students must hurry; the application deadline is tomorrow.

Scholarship deadline

Tomorrow is the last day to apply for scholarships through EC’s many donors.

Students may turn in all applications for scholarships at the Scholarship Office in Room SSC 206 in the Student Center.

CSU visits ahead

Prospective transfer students may take a university tour to CSU Fullerton tomorrow.

All tours depart approximately at 7 a.m. and return at 5 p.m.

Students, may sign up at the Transfer Center. More information may be obtained by calling (310) 660-3408. A $5 deposit is required upon signing up for the university tour.

CSULB on campus

Opportunities to interact with representatives from Cal State Long Beach, CSULB, to ask any questions regarding admissions and specific majors on Tuedays. All workshops are being held in the Student Services Center in Room 218A.

Artists to be visited

San Francisco Art Institute representatives will be on campus to talk to students on Tuesday.

The workshop will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and appointments will be taken from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Alert for A.A. grads

Graduation Intents and Petitions for Certificates may be filed anytime before Thursday, March 11. Students planning to graduate may file all intents and certificates in the Admissions Office.

ASO to protest

Associated Students Organization will participate in a march on Sacramento Sunday, March 14 to Monday, March 15. Any students who wants to be involved may call 660-3507. Students are selected on a first come, first served basis.
